The Friendly Bridge Club.
The House of Cards was created by Tina McVeigh and Graeme Tuffnell in 1999. Tina has represented NZ and Graeme has captained the open NZ team. Both have also represented Canterbury on many occasions. Tina and Graeme love teaching bridge and have taught extensively in Christchurch and around NZ. At the end of 2007 Graeme left NZ to live in Tokyo. Tina is now the sole proprietor of the House of Cards. Graeme and Tina have a sister company, Bridge Online, which administers the online club which is rapidly gaining an international reputation as a great site for new and improving players.
Jenny Wilkinson, a current member of the NZ Women’s team, has represented her country on countless occasions. She is an accomplished teacher and her enthusiastic approach to life (and of course bridge) is a vital asset to the House of Cards.
Liz Armstrong, a current member of the Canterbury Women’s team, is also a welcome addition to our club. She directs and supervises sessions at the House of Cards with grace and style.
